Messiah Has Come Advent 2016
November 2016 - January 2017
7 Sermons
The advent season is a time when we remember the coming of Jesus as the Messiah, God’s chosen one to set everything right. Jesus’ coming is the greatest event in human history -- the Son of God became flesh so that we might know him! So this Christmastime we are going to explore together what it means that the Messiah has come. He’s come to bring us to God, to bring light into darkness, to bring peace, to bring wonder, to bring healing, and to bring strength. Friends, without the coming of Jesus, we would be enemies of God, adrift in this universe all alone. But since the Messiah has come, we are children of God, led in the grace-filled ways of the Messiah!
