An event volunteer will provide organization and leadership help at Lake Avenue student ministry events. They will be equipped to lead students closer to the Lord and also provide structure to improve student ministry events. The main function of the position will be to increase the safety of the kids at events by being stationed around campus or around the event area if it is off campus. This, along with leading kids directionally, in games, and sometimes spiritually is the purpose of an event volunteer. Because this position is a low commitment volunteer position, being only once a month, we ask that it be more consistent so the volunteer can still foster relationships with kids.
