Greet families near the Information kiosk and if they have children aged birth to 3rd grade, take them to the check-in counter on the first floor of MSB. You can wait for them to be shown the check-in process, then help guide them to the correct room. If the children are 4th grade or older, they can just be taken directly to their classroom.
