We have approximately 16 conference rooms which can accomodate groups of 10 - 300 people. Our five large facilities seat between 120 - 4,000 guests and can be used for a wide range of events.

Lake Avenue Church works hard to ensure the safety of all individuals on our campus.
In complying with the rules of our local fire department and our insurance provider, we are establishing new parameters on the number of chairs per table in any particular set-up. With 60-inch round tables, the maximum number of seats will be eight. With 30-inch round tables, the maximum number of seats will be four. With 8-foot rectangular tables, the maximum number of seats will be eight (four on either side). With 6-foot rectangular tables, the maximum number of seats will be six (three on either side). Please keep these guidelines in mind when reserving a room and requesting a set-up.

Internet Access
If it is for an individual presenter or a group of 50 users. We provide many affordable and scalable options to make your event highly functional. IT offers dedicated Internet WiFi access to your event room based on the number of users required. The WiFi service includes basic support during normal business hours (Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm).
