- What is the purpose of what we might consider the "leadership gifts" in Ephesians 4:11-12?
- What are God's people to be doing with their gifts? What should this look like at Lake Avenue Church?
- What are the results of a healthy balance among God's people who serve and worship together? (vv.14-16)
- Find a few other believers and practice "spurring one another on to love and good deeds". Affirm the giftedness you see in one another and how that giftedness can build up the body of Christ.
