      1. Read 1 Corinthians 5:12–19. In what ways do you think our faith is futile if Christ has not been raised from the dead?
         
         
         
         
         
         
      2. In Ephesians 1:19–21, Paul prayed that local churches might know the power that raised Jesus from the dead in our church ministries. What difference would that make in our church?
         
         
         
         
         
         
      3. To people who were being persecuted specifically because they belonged to Jesus, Peter wrote 1 Peter 1:3–6. What difference does belief in Jesus' resurrection make when we face difficult times in this world?
         
         
         
         
         
         
      4. In Hebrews 11:35a, the Bible speaks of women (who lived before Jesus) who had experienced loved ones being brought back from the dead. These obviously died again. But, in v. 35b, there is a "better resurrection" promised by God.
