John 4:1-18
Reflection Questions on “Knowing Him” better:
- Are we honest with ourselves about our deepest longings? What are those things that deep inside occupy our thoughts and desires? Are they the "right things" that will bring us fulfillment and ultimately please God? In our longings for forgiveness, peace, joy, purpose and fulfillment, are we convinced that the only one who can truly meet those longings is God?
- Bring your deepest longings to God and ask Him to show you their source and how they are ultimately fulfilled in Him. Every day try to take some quiet time to specifically give those longings to God and seek after Him to end your reoccurring "thirst."
Reflection Questions on “Making Him known” better:
- Look for ways to ask your friends, neighbors, colleagues about the longings or the desires they have and how they are seeking to fulfill them. Be open to share your own experience as to how God has met your deepest longings and needs.
