Greetings LAC Families,
I wanted to send a quick update as we launch into our all-church Rooted Series tomorrow (1/22).
Many of you have signed up to participate in the many offerings of adult groups.
We are excited for the opportunities our children and students have to participate in Rooted in the weeks ahead.
Rooted for Preschool- 5th grade: Our Children’s Director Amy Cruse has put together a fantastic curriculum that will thematically follow the Rooted Journey our church body is following, including a service opportunity for the tiniest hands in our community!
Rooted for 6th-12th grade: Our MS & HS students have the opportunity to engage in their own Rooted journey of discipleship with opportunity for prayer and service in small groups and as a community.
Please take time to complete this survey regarding MS & HS participation and engagement in a small group. A number of students have already signed up, and can grab their Rooted book and giftbag in the Student Center after the service tomorrow!

Note: Middle School and High School students will meet in the Warehouse tomorrow (1/22) at 9:30am for hangout time and announcements, and then join the main service for the kick-off of Rooted as a group.
Following the service, students and families will be invited to hangout in and outside of the Student Center for snacks. Those who have already signed up for a Rooted small group can come pick up their Rooted gift-bag and book. If students haven't signed up yet, they can sign up on the spot!
Next Gen. Director Search Update:
Please continue to pray for the Lord’s direction and leading in search process as we continue to engage with our visiting candidates.
In the mean time, we welcome Interim Next Gen Director Nick Barrett on board - who has been appointed by Pastor Mathew to support our students during this time of transition.
May the Lord continue to bless you and your families as we enter this New Year, and don't forget to join us for Sunday Morning Coffee and Donuts in the Maple Street Student Check-in lobby (MS100).
