Families...PLEASE READ -
Sorry for sending a newsletter at this late date. I wanted to inform you of how we are going to serve your kids while they are at church tomorrow. We have had a few of our staff and volunteers become exposed to COVID-19. Currently, none of the family ministries staff or volunteers have tested positive for the virus. That being said, we want to make sure that we are doing everything to keep your students safe and give them an opportunity to further their relationship with Jesus. You may have already received info from our high school and middle school ministries but here is a list of things that we will be doing across departments:
HS Ministry - We will NOT meet in person tomorrow (Sunday 1/9) in the Warehouse. There will be an online option (link will be available on the website) for students that choose to stay home. Please feel empowered to invite students to sit with you in our main worship service. (Instagram, Facebook)
MS Ministry - We will NOT meet in person tomorrow (Sunday 1/9). There will be an online Zoom option (link will be available on the website) for students that choose to stay home. Please feel empowered to invite students to sit with you in our main worship service. (Instagram, Facebook)
Club45 Ministry - We WILL be meeting tomorrow morning as usual.
Early Elementary Ministry - We WILL be meeting tomorrow as usual.
Early Childhood Ministry - We WILL have childcare available for your little ones.
Please pray that none of the exposures for or staff and volunteers are confirmed positive and that those of our friends and family who tested positive make a quick and full recovery. We hope that you and your family are well and that we will see you soon.
