Hello Families!
What a blast we had at Battle of the Bands! Thank you to everyone who showed up and especially to the students who performed and put on an amazing show for us all. Congrats to the Jungle Penguins for taking home the grand prize!
We are excited for Easter which is just around the corner and with it is coming a lot of things. First off is a reminder that Easter Sunday (3/31) as well as our usual first Sunday of the month in April (4/7) will be ALL CHURCH Sundays where all students will be in the main sanctuary for service. We'll be having a Palm Sunday service as well as a Good Friday service that we hope you can all attend during Holy Week but in between we encourage you to celebrate Maundy Thursday in your homes. HERE is a guide if you are interested in what that looks like. Finally on the day of Easter we'll be having a 7am Sunrsie service as well as our regular 9:30am Service but make sure to stay after for the fun and games we'll be having in the patio!

6th Grade Saturdays!
We want to get to know all our 6th graders better and start forming some rhythms for them so we are going to be starting 6th Grade Saturdays! Once a month we'll do something fun with just our 6th grade students and this month is Handel's Ice Cream! We'll all meet at Handel's Ice Cream THIS SATURDAY!!! on March 23rd at 1:00pm and have some fun get to know you games and enjoy free ice cream until 3:00pm. Don't worry if you can't make this one there will be something else next month!
Prayer Night
We want to extend a special invitation for Parents to a Worship and prayer night hosted in the LAC Chapel on Wednesday April 3rd from 7-9pm. The theme is resurrection, with a focus on faith and healing in all gnerations. This is a place to bring all our burdens and aches for our family and children. All ages are welcome!
This is an amazing opportunity for us not only to cry out to God but to share the burden of our responsabilities as parents, students, brothers, and sisters, with each other and see that we are not alone. We look forward to seeing you all there and can't wait to see how the Spirit responds.
Children's 2nd Hour
Those of you who attend Sunday School classes after service please note that we have officially moved childrens 2nd hour care from the Warehouse to MS200 (early elementary).
Please Note: Because this is separate from our Sunday service programs we need you to go after service to sign your kid out of whatever program they are in and then check them into 2nd hour before your classes start. This helps us know where all children are at all times and keep them safe.

Events to remember!
6th Grade Saturday: March 23rd from 1pm to 3pm at Handel's Ice cream on Foothill Blvd. A get together for just our 6th graders to get to know each other :)
Junior/Senior Life group: A small group for juniors and seniors in high school that usually meets at Jeff Ragusa's house every other Tuesday at 7pm.
Reoccuring:
These are the events happening every week.
Tuesday Night Hangouts: 5pm-7pm in the Warehouse every Tuesday night.
Wednesday Nights: 6:30pm in the Warehouse and 8:30pm pick up in the warehouse. Games, worship, and small groups.
Sunday Mornings: 9:30am in the Warehouse and hangout as long as you want, we play games, have worship and have a sermon.
