December has arrived!
Thank you to everyone who came to our Parent Meeting on Sunday. It was a blast getting to see and talk to all of you. We've got a lot of things coming up from wintercamp to missions trips and to help us get an idea of what is desirable and how to plan for things we would really appreciate it if you would fill out any forms that you can for the upcoming events!
Mainly CAMP PONDO!!!
February will come quicker than you know it so if you are planning on sending your kids to camp on Feb 9th-11th please register below. Our first deadline is Dec 20th so if you can sign up by then that would really help us out.

If you are in need of scholarships we have some available. Do not let money stop your kids from coming to camp, simply let us know in the form below and we will reach out to you with the scholarship application.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Some smaller announcements of upcoming things. Tonight is a Family Movie Night you are ALL welcome to join. During Youth group time from 6:30-8:30pm we will be watching Encanto in the Warehouse. 1st grade through High school are all welcome and there will be a session hosted by the counseling center after the movie on Family dynamics and similar things addressed in the movie.
We have narrowed down our 2024 missions trip locations to Arizona or Belize. We are going to lock in our final choice in the next few weeks but we want to give you all a chance to weigh in on it. This trip will only be open to our 11th and 12th graders but you parents are welcome to join as well. Fill out the form below if you are interested.
2024 Summer Missions
WE HAVE A NEED! We need help first with volunteers to help check in students and to help supervise our space so there is more accountability and safety for the kids. Second we need volunteers for host homes. If you want to help out with this ministry in any of these capacities we need you to go through the process of getting background checked. We want to adhere to California Law and make sure we are taking good care of the students in this ministry so please we would really encourage you to email Jennifer Nishizaki and begin the process of becoming cleared to work volunteer with the students.

The last announcement is that the Final Junior/Senior life group meeting of the year will be happening on Tuesday the 12th (12/12). It will be back at Bob Jenks house so if you're junior or senior is interested send Rufus a message and he will send you more info.

WINTER CAMP FEB 9-11th, 2024
We are excited to announce that Registration for 2024 Winter Camp Pondo is finally open! You can register below by clicking the link. This is going to be a weekend camp for Middle and High school students. These times up at camp are precious and really help form a deeper and more open and honest community here at Lake so we would encourage you all to sign your kids up. We also have some scholarships available so don't hesitate to reach out to us if there is a need. We want to get as many students as we can up to winter camp this year so let everyone know registration is open.

Junior/Senior Life group: Final Meeting of the year on Tuesday December 12th at Bob Jenks house.
Winter Camp: Feb 9th through the 11th at Camp Pondo.
Reoccuring:
These are the events happening every week.
Tuesday Night Hangouts: 5pm-7pm in the Warehouse every Tuesday night.
Wednesday Nights: 6:30pm in the Warehouse and 8:30pm pick up in the warehouse. Games, worship, and small groups.
Sunday Mornings: 9:30am in the Warehouse and hangout as long as you want, we play games, have worship and have a sermon.
