Hello Families!

As you know, COVID-19 has hit our world hard and shaken 2020 for so many people. Specifically, people within our very own LAC community. We, Family Ministries, have been working hard to take care of our families during this time through consistent activities and opportunities for students to engage with their ministries and each other, newsletters, prayer and personal relations. As we’ve reached out to our families and walked alongside them throughout this trying season, it has come to our attention that there are families within this community that were hit harder than most. We want to step up and help them in every way we can. We ask you to partner with us in a couple ways.

• Pray for our families that are struggling to stay afloat amidst a pandemic and so many changes within their homes and individual member’s mental health. Pray for mental strength and endurance, grace for themselves and each other, faithfulness through the uncertainty and community to surround them in love and assure them they are not alone.
• Job have been lost, hours have been cut, finances are tight. We understand that this year has left most families in a place of budgeting and running a tighter ship than in years past, but if you are able, we hope you’ll consider donating gift cards and funds to help support the families needing assistance in preparing and providing food to their families. We ask for these giftcards to be either mailed to our Family Ministries Administrative Associate at:
